Ground Service

Ground Services are are also known as Operation Agents, Ramp Agents. The responsibility of Ground Services is to load and unload baggage, operating luggage carts, guiding planes during departure and arrival from their gates, performing other important airplane serving task.

Ground service workers play a significant role in the aviation industry. They ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers, oversee the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage, and prepare aircraft for flight.
